I - GENERAL

  •  Ill behavior will not be tolerated

  • Failure with the rules provided could lead up to me canceling your Commission. Sorry
     

  • I would ask for an upfront payment of 50% at the start of the said Commission and will ask to settle the remaining 50% upon releasing the final output

     

II - PAYMENT
 

  •  All transactions will be done using Paypal.
     

  •  The only currency accepted is in USD.

     

​III. PROCESS
 

  • Kindly keep the revisions to a minimum
     

  • The only currency accepted is in USD.
     

  • I like to keep the Client updated on the current project as I'm going to need your approval for every phase of the commission ( From Rough Sketch to Lineart to Coloring etc. )
     

  • I will do my best to complete your Commission between 7 Days to 1 Month ( But it might vary depending on factors such as Complexity, The number of  other Commissions lined up, etc. )
     

  • If anything stated above occurs. The Client will be notified immediately.
     

  • I will only send the High-Resolution Image of the Commission when the payment is complete ​

IV - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
 

  • I will try my best to make my customers happy with the Final Product. However after the said Commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
     

  • Any massive changes after the Final Product will cost extra. ( Such as Changing the Pose entirely, Background Change, or anything that's big enough to make me have to redraw it completely. )
     

  • So please, Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for at the start of the Commission.


     

V - COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
 

  • I, the artist, hold the right to the produced Drawing
     

  • Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork In any way I see fit ( Such as posting it on my Socials etc. )
     

  • Though the Commissioner is allowed to;

  • ​Use the said Artwork for personal use ( Unless stated otherwise )
     

  • Can claim the rights of their character(s) but not the Drawing itself.
     

  • Use the art to post it themselves but with proper credit given to the artist.
     

​

If you violate the Copyright Infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be taken away.

  The following is considered Copyright infringement:
 

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. ( Meaning making money of it in any way )
     

  • Stealing credit for the creation of the artwork.
     

  • Altering the Artwork without the said Artists consent.

  The purchase of Commercial Rights for the Artwork will
  cost 200% - 300% of the Commission's Original Price.
 

​  But with its Commercial Rights, the Client is able to:
 

  • Use it any profitable ways they see fit, such as Merchandises, Covers, Posters, etc,
     

  • Though crediting me, the Artist is still required for usage of the Commission, even if altered or edited.


     

VI - CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
 

  • I have the right to cancel your commission at any time.
     

  • And if ever the said Commission gets canceled by Me, the Artist:

  • All the money that the Client has given will be
    refunded in full

  • But if the Client wants to keep the Cancelled Commission:

  • The amount that is able to be refunded will depend on
    how much progress has been made

  • The client would have no right to demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the Commission is finished. -
     

  If you ever file a Chargeback in Paypal against me:

​

  • Your rights to the Current Commissioned Artwork ( Past Commissions included ) will be retracted
     

  • You will be forbidden to Commission from me again
     

  • I would have the right to file a Chargeback Dispute regarding the money you still owe me

     

I'm willing to change any statement above if the Client wants to discuss it with me
